Overview
Presto is a leading social commerce platform in Malaysia that integrates eWallet functionality with a wide range of lifestyle services in a single mobile app.
What I did
During its major product overhaul, I played a cross-functional role across UX, UI, and design systems, acting as the key bridge between user needs and development execution.
To address these challenges, I helped spearhead a full-scale redesign that introduced a new visual identity, restructured user flows for better clarity, and launched several 0→1 features including eKYC, food delivery, rewards, and the core PrestoPay wallet. These efforts laid the foundation for a more intuitive, engaging, and conversion-friendly user experience.
