Overview
Modern HR platforms have become the operational hub for organizations, but internal communication often remains fragmented across emails, chat tools, and shared drives. This project explored how workplace software could become a trusted destination for company-wide communication.

Challenge
Although HR teams managed employee operations in one platform, company communication still happened elsewhere.
HR teams relied on scattered channels to keep employees informed

Simplify content publishing

Design Decisions
The following design decisions were guided by user needs, technical constraints,
and the goal of creating a simple MVP experience.
Decision 1
Announcement creation

Option A: Poor interaction cost, due to UI complexity for users, it is also missing the role-based permission that's essential for MVP.
Option B: Simplified content creation flow that supported faster implementation and a cleaner MVP experience.

I prioritized simplicity and speed to launch value sooner while keeping the interface focused and easy to use.

Enabled HR teams to attach policies, forms, and supporting documents directly within announcements.

I also designed the email template that mirrored the in-app experience and linked users back to the platform.
Small feature, big impact
Although a lightweight feature, it strengthened HR Easily’s ecosystem by bringing company communications into the platform, reducing reliance on external channels.
