HR Easily is a cloud-based HR platform used by organizations to manage employees, payroll, leave, and internal operations.
This project focused on improving how HR teams communicate important company updates. Existing communication methods were fragmented, making announcements difficult to manage and easy for employees to miss.
Role
Redesigned onboarding and sign-up experiences
Designed HR announcement and communication features
Established reusable design patterns across the platform
Collaborated with product managers and engineers across multiple initiatives
Problem
HR teams needed a centralized way to communicate company-wide updates, policy changes, events, and important notices. The existing experience lacked structure and visibility:
Important announcements were often overlooked
No consistent way to organize communication
HR teams needed better control over content management

Design Decisions
The following design decisions were guided by user needs, technical constraints, and the goal of creating a simple MVP experience.
Decision 1
Announcement Creation & Management
❌ Option A
Rich editor with live preview, increased UI complexity
that wasn’t essential for the MVP and dev effort.
✅ Option B
Simplified content creation flow that supported faster implementation and a cleaner MVP experience.
Most messaging apps follow a predictable rhythm: you type, send, and wait. Messages stack neatly over time, building an ever-growing conversation. It's practical and effective, but also pretty boring.
